IMMORTELLE (CAN. 2003)
Immortelle is a book of selected poems and lyrics. Frank writes of "a community welded by institutions and individuals in a rhapsody of activity which creates a permanent imprint on the consciousness of those fortunate to be a witness to them... Immortelle rekindles the reader's interest in the written word. It is a reader's gem and a valuable addition to every reader's collection." (Irving Andre).
".. And that is what I found so plentiful in his little book of poems - sounds and sensations and the reality of being... All in all, a welcome addition to the mainstream of Caribbean literature, and one more voice in the 'swelling Hallelujah of a people's pride'..."
