"Founded in 1996, the CLEAN AND SOBER HUMANS ASSOCIATION, INC., is a non-profit corporation registered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a charitable organization. Dedicated to the prevention of substance abuse and to those in and seeking recovery from various addictions". The CLEAN AND SOBER HUMANS ASSOCIATION, INC. is a non-profit corporation with a federal 501 - 3-c approval. All contributions to the association are tax-deductible by federal law.

    CLEAN AND SOBER HUMANS CLUB was opened in 2004 in the Carib Territory of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Nature Island of the Caribbean. Its founder Panfilo DiCezno, an Honorary Member of the Dominica Academay of Arts and Sciences (DAAS), is in the process of obtaining non-profit status for the programme which will provide addiction recovery and prevention in Dominica and in the Carib Territory in particular.

    All donations for the programme will be used solely in Dominica and made payable to C.A.S.H. CLUB Dominica Fund.
